Dab the tip of the pen in the wax; that's what lets it pick up each drill.

Pick up a drill
Touch the pen to a drill and it sticks, flat side down, ready to place.

Match symbol to color
Every square on the canvas is printed with a symbol. Press each drill onto the square that matches its color.

Fill it in
Work section by section until the whole canvas sparkles. Then frame it and hang it up.

picking the right photo
- Pick a sharp, grain-free photo. The clearer the original, the better the painting.
- For camera or phone shots, choose 12″×16″ (30×40 cm) or larger. The bigger the canvas, the more detail and sparkle.
- You crop and position the photo yourself in the editor, so you decide exactly what ends up on the canvas.

how long does delivery take?
Every kit is made to order in the USA and usually arrives within 3–6 business days for US addresses. The exact estimate for your order is shown right below the upload button. Outside the US, allow 9–15 business days.

We ship to the US and worldwide, and standard shipping is free. The delivery estimate on this page is for US addresses; international orders usually take 9–15 business days.
round or square drills: which should I pick?
Drills are the small resin gems you place on the canvas. Square drills line up edge to edge for a fuller, mosaic-like finish; round drills are a little easier and faster to place. Both sparkle beautifully. It's personal preference.
what makes a good photo?
Sharp, well lit and grain-free, with your subject filling the frame. A photo of at least 1 MB works best. JPEG, PNG or WebP are all fine. You crop and position it yourself in the editor, and the free live preview shows exactly how it will turn out.
what if I don't like the preview?
Then you simply don't order. The live preview is free and there's no obligation. Adjust your photo, try a different one, or leave it. You only pay once you're happy with what you see.
how long does a painting take to complete?
That depends on the size and your pace. A 12″×16″ (30×40 cm) canvas typically takes 20–40 hours; larger sizes take longer. Many customers enjoy spreading it out over a few weeks.
can I return my order?
Because all products are made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on personalized items. That's exactly why the free live preview exists: you see the final result before you pay.
