Where's my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way. If you can't find it or have questions, just send us a message below.
How long does delivery take?
Custom photo diamond painting and paint by numbers kits are made to order in the USA and usually arrive within 3–6 business days in the US. Everything else ships from our international warehouse and usually takes 9–15 business days, in the US and abroad.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to help, whether that's a new address or a different size. Message us as soon as you can and we'll do our best.
What if my kit arrives damaged or missing pieces?
That's frustrating, and we're sorry. Send us a quick note with a photo and your order number, and we'll get it sorted.
